Join me this morning for an impromptu kitchen experiment where I ramble about my latest protein yogurt experiment, inspired by some local strawberries.
This may be my best flavor combo yet! I used lemon zest, basil, mint, chia, and topped it with nuts for a little crunch.
Of course, I didn’t measure anything, but I bring you in on my tinkering in real time.
Based on my estimations, I’m calculating this bowl at about 320 calories with 36g of protein, 20g of carbs, 12g of fat, and about 6g of fiber.
