Yikes! I didn’t realize how tired I looked in that video until I edited it. Regardless, I had a blast recording just like in the blogging old days. :)
I’ve made this meatza so many times that I stopped measuring anything. Well, that’s not entirely true… I never really measure anything. I use canned chicken, sourdough discard (optional—use an egg if you don’t have any), and a trick for flipping the crust without destroying it. Then I add barbecue sauce, broccoli shrapnel, and cheese for one of my favorite high-protein, low-effort meals.
The whole pizza clocks in around 500–550 calories with about 50g of protein, depending on how much cheese and sauce you use. It’s crunchy-ish, filling, and fun!
